Pan-Fried
Set heat to low-medium.
Heat a small amount of neutral cooking oil.
Cook each side of the bacon for about 1 - 2 minutes. The bacon will burn easily if the heat is too high, so please use low-medium heat for this cooking method. Also, we find it best to use a bacon press (or any type of cast iron press) on top of the bacon to ensure even cooking.

Oven
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Once heated, cook the bacon strips for 3 - 4 minutes on a metal sheet tray.
When ready, the bacon should have visible bubbles on the surface, and the outer corners should be crispy to the touch. The outer edges should also be a bit darker/slightly more caramelized than the center of the strip.

Air-Fryer
Set the air fryer to 350F
Cook for 2 minutes
Remove bacon when bubbles start to form and the bacon is crispy around the edges.
